Cancelling an online consumer order

UK consumers may cancel most online purchases by notifying us within 14 days of receiving the goods, then returning them within a further 14 days. The cancellation right does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, where the law provides an exception.

Inspect goods as you would in a shop and pack them securely. We may deduct for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check the goods. You pay return postage for change-of-mind cancellations.

We refund the purchase price and the standard outbound delivery charge, where applicable, within 14 days of receiving the goods back or evidence of their return, whichever is earlier. Refunds use the original payment method.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Contact us promptly for help and return arrangements. Your statutory rights, including remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods, are unaffected. We cover reasonable return postage for faulty or incorrect goods.
